An US Navy veteran, Flint is a Commercial Lighting and Electrical Manufacture representative, with over 27 years sales experience. His primary responsibilities in the company include securing new accounts with new product lines, placing daily sales orders, meeting and assisting customers, processing payments, and developing upselling techniques. Flint also works closely with the sales department to share product knowledge to effectively drive sales and engagement.

His favorite thing to do at home Is to turn off all the lights in his house with one digital button. Dave had an opportunity to join Flint after working with him over the years on a lot of different projects, Interior and exterior. Dave came on board in 2021 to help with controls and expanding the lighting offerings Integrity sales group offers; Dave has worked with fortune 500 companies and small businesses and can also help with residential lighting as well.
When he's not assisting customers and being picky about lighting and controls, he enjoys spending time with family, dogs, and friends you can find him Mountain Biking or skiing every weekend. The number one rule in the house is to have FUN! As a giving person Dave has spent 10 years committed to the Colorado High School Cycling League where he coached East High School Mountain Bike Team for 4 years helping kids achieve their goals locally, nationally, and globally.
